Core Build - Stator core assembly using the
IC Series Stator Cleating Machines or the IW Series Index Welding
Machines in either TIG or Plasma for different lamination steel. Stators
are being cleated from 4” (100 mm) to 22” (550mm) O.D.
Stators are being welded in to stator cores from 1” (25 mm)
to 22” (550 mm) O.D. |
Core Insulate - The SC and SCI Series Stator
and Rotor Slot Insulating Machines are available for insulating any
slot configuration from a conventional distributive slot to roll creased
multiple bend liners. The machines offer cuffs or no cuffs with insulation
trimming as needed. The slot insulating machines cover a range of
stators from 1” (25 mm) to 22” (550 mm) O.D. |
Winding - Our range of inslot (direct) winding
machines include simple single needle winders to multi-needle solutions
for the fastest production cycle time. With our moving needle solution,
we can offer a slot filling up to 92%. |
Forming - An automatic solution for stator forming
is our TTF machines with options for pre-forming, drift and final
form operations. |
Fusing - AWE Joyal, a Division of Alliance Winding Equipment provides a full range of advanced lead to magnet wire and magnet wire to magnet fusing (diffusion welding) technology. From a single wire up to 100 wires in parallel. |
Lacing - Small frame electric motor and generator
stators are laced on DLL machines that provide controlled end turn
string tension, speed and fast changeover. |
Resin Impregnation - AWE Newtech, a Division of Alliance
Winding Equipment, offers the widest range of trickle and roll dip
resin (varnish) impregnation machines and systems. |
