Core Build - Stator core assembly using the IC Series Stator Cleating Machines or the IW Series Index Welding Machines in either TIG or Plasma for different lamination steel. Stators are being cleated from 4" (100 mm) to 22" (550mm) O.D. Stators are being welded in to stator cores from 1" (25 mm) to 22" (550 mm) O.D. |

Core Insulate - The SC and SCI Series Stator and Rotor Slot Insulating Machines are available for insulating any slot configuration from a conventional distributive slot to roll creased multiple bend liners. The machines offer cuffs or no cuffs with insulation trimming as needed. The slot insulating machines cover a range of stators from 1" (25 mm) to 22" (550 mm) O.D.
