Alliance Winding Equipment was incorporated in the mid-1980s.  Our President, Mr. Keith Moser , with thirty (30) years of experience in electric motor production machine design, saw a need in the electric motor and generator industry for more affordable winding machines and systems.  Mr. Moser observed that most winding machine manufacturers had become rigid in their design thinking.  Machine prices often exceeded the ability of the motor manufacturers to justify them.  Alliance Winding Equipment was founded and remains committed to supplying reliable machines, with the latest technology, at reasonable prices.

In our new 7,500 square meter facility we employ engineers, toolmakers, machinists, and service/assembly technicians.  Most of our associates have extensive coil winding backgrounds which is why we do all of our machine design and tooling manufacturing within our global organization.  To best utilize our skills and control prices, we also rely on AWE Newtech, Ltd,  UK;  Alliance PMF Ltd, The Russian Federation; and Alliance Automation (Suzhou), Ltd,  China to provide machine parts, tooling components, etc…

All of our machines and systems are built rugged with the highest quality purchased components for reliability and serviceability.  We always supply our customers with the detailed drawings on perishable machine parts, perishable toolings, and we identify purchased parts by actual number and manufacturer. We do not use custom electronics or special purchased items that leave our customer with only one source and one price.  All of our newest machine designs are complete metric for availability of components and local support.
