Core Insulate - The SC and SCI Series Stator and Rotor Slot Insulating Machines are available for insulating any slot configuration from a conventional distributive slot to roll creased multiple bend liners. The machines offer cuffs or no cuffs with insulation trimming as needed. The slot insulating machines cover a range of stators from 1" (25 mm) to 22" (550 mm) O.D.

Inserting - The CI Series coil insertion production

Forming - Stator end turn forming is optimized
with the FFP, FFH, FFLD and TTF Series Forming machines. The Alliance
end turn forming technology provides more compression force and more
surface contact to form wire to smaller end turn requirements. |

Equipment provides a full range of advanced lead to magnet wire and
magnet wire to magnet fusing (diffusion welding) technology. From
a single wire up to 100 wires in parallel. |

motor and generator stators and O.D. wound exciters the large horizontal
lacing machines provide controlled end turn lacing tension, speed
