Refurbish

A quality-built machine can have a second life through remanufacturing, retooling, and control upgrades. Alliance offers everything from partial updates to complete rebuilds, including disassembly, replacement of worn components, and new control systems designed to keep equipment running for years to come.

Our refurbishment approach is focused on improving performance while helping customers get more value out of existing equipment. In many cases, that means replacing critical wear items like bearings, ball screws, drives, and controls, then restoring the machine to reliable production. For customers with changing production requirements, we can also support retooling and process modifications to help existing equipment run new products or specifications.

Alliance equipment is built for long-term use, and our refurbish services help customers continue using mechanically sound machines that may simply need an update. Instead of replacing an entire system, refurbishment can be a practical way to improve reliability, restore production, and extend the life of your equipment.

Relocation

Alliance also offers turnkey equipment relocation services for manufacturing systems and automation equipment. Whether moving a single machine, a production line, or a complete system, our team can help manage teardown, packaging, shipping, reinstallation, and startup support to help reduce downtime during the move.

We work with experienced technicians and logistics partners to help ensure equipment is handled properly throughout the process. From removal at the original facility to setup at the new location, our goal is to make relocation as seamless and efficient as possible.

For customers with existing Alliance equipment, relocation can also be a good opportunity to evaluate refurbishments, control upgrades, or process improvements while the system is offline.
