How can OEMs scale up hairpin motor production quickly and efficiently?

OEMs can use a modular design approach with the support of Alliance Winding. Stations and machines along with robotics can be added as volume grows. With each station and machine added the output increases. This allows for more stators insulated and also more hairpins inserted at a higher rate.

The constraints come from the design of the stator and how many layers can be interwoven in an automated process without manual intervention.
