What systems support automatic insertion and securing of hairpins in high-slot stators?

Alliance has incorporated our years of experience in dealing with copper to come up with different solutions for inserting hairpins and i-pins. The pins are fed into the system after being formed and put into a fixture that will crowd the pins together and then populate the stator and insert all of the pins at once.

Alliance has also done robotic systems that populate the stator with the pins in a methodical approach for lower volume.

The solutions are ultimately driven by the design and winding schematic of the stator, along with the volume output needed.
